Welcome to quibble.top. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the quibble.top website and any related services, features, content, or applications (collectively, the "Service") provided by the quibble.top team.

2. Use of Service

2.2 Account Registration

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify quibble.top immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

By posting User Content, you grant quibble.top a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and quibble.top's business.

3.2 Content Standards

You are solely responsible for the User Content you post. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not:

  • Infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Contain malicious code, such as viruses or malware.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

quibble.top does not pre-screen User Content but reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or refuse any User Content for any reason.

3.3 Interactions with Others

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Service. quibble.top reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of quibble.top and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of quibble.top. All other trademarks appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL quibble.top, ITS TEAM MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE.
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE.
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF quibble.top HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
